Bruce Stockbridge, loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, friend and hero, passed away peacefully at home on April 18, 2023.
Born just outside of Boston, MA on November 25, 1938, Bruce touched many lives with his love of trains, especially narrow gauge steam, and made so many people laugh with his corny jokes and dry sense of humor. He was spiritual and very patriotic, having proudly served in the U.S. Navy, Co. “B” 3rd Medical Battalion, Service Battalion 1st Marine Brigade, FMF.
Bruce was interred with full Military Honors at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on November 24, 2023.
He is now resting in peace amongst his brothers and sisters-in-arms, in section 14, site 246. Our family and friends could not be more proud. We will miss him dearly!
